Therapist Overview
Using my humanistic-focused training, I encourage the client to lead the therapeutic process as they will take us down the road at their own pace and lead us to their chosen destination. My areas of interest in psychotherapy are trauma, mood disorders, anxiety, and adjustment disorders using a Psychodynamic and Existential-Humanistic orientation. I work with adults and adolescents for both individual psychotherapy and assessments.
