Join a clinic that secures your future
Birmingham Maple Clinic has been a trusted, nationally accredited Outpatient Psychiatric Center (OPC) since 1973. We offer W2 employment with flexible schedules for both full-time and part-time clinicians.
What the March 1, 2027 regulatory changes mean for you:
Beginning March 1, 2027, many private practices and clinics will no longer qualify for insurance reimbursement for limited licensed clinicians. Birmingham Maple Clinic continues to recognize and value the work of our LLP colleagues. While it is our sincere hope that masters level psychologists are able to resume safe and independent practice as they have for many years, Birmingham Maple Clinic is pleased that we can offer a workplace for those impacted by recent insurance changes. As a designated Outpatient Clinic, BMC allows therapists with a limited license to continue with their practice uninterrupted.
We can seamlessly continue to employ, support, and receive reimbursement for:
- LLMSW (Limited Licensed Social Workers)
- LLMFT (Limited Licensed Marriage and Family Therapists
- LLMHC (Limited Licensed Mental Health Counselors)
- TLLP (Temporary Limited Licensed Psychologists)
