Individual, couple, family, and group psychotherapy for adolescents and adults. Areas of interests include trauma, eating disorders, relationship difficulties, anxiety disorders, and sexuality concerns. Family systems orientation and integrative approach.
Christine is certified in EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing), an EMDRIA Consultant in Training, and has a certificate in TF-CBT (Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy). Christine also has experience in CBT and DBT. Her approach to therapy is from a systemic perspective, accounting for the individual in context. She uses an integrative approach, tailored to the specific needs of the client and believes in co-constructing goals for treatment.
