Our brains “function best” with structure and order.  It is important for us to maintain routines to help us cope during times of stress.

  • Do not treat this quarantine as a “vacation”
  • Wake up and go to sleep at specific times each day
  • Make a daily calendar with activities for the week
  • Schedule social time, exercise time, work time, relaxation time
