I wanted to reach out and tell you how helpful it has been to have access to tele-health services during this global pandemic. My relationship was new to Birmingham Maple Clinic, I had only had 2 or 3 sessions before we went into quarantine. I am grateful for the time, tools and strategies I have been given to assist in coping, healing and moving forward through my divorce. My therapist, Regina, has been readily available for me and in these sessions I have felt just as connected and engaged as with in-person therapy. I hope this provision continues post COVID, as it would be helpful from a time management perspective and it’s nice to have the comfort of my home.
