Administrative Positions 

Administrative Assistant

Experienced, fast-paced, hard-working administrative assistant.  A4 Allscripts Ntierprise software experience preferable.  Must work well as a team member with administrative staff of 7 and 39 clinical staff (Psychiatrists, Psychologists, Social Workers).  Job includes clerical, computerized phone system, communicating with clients, therapists and insurance companies, auditing charts, and much more.  Must be a multi-tasker.  Full time with benefits, M-F 9-5pm (w/ one day 12-8pm).  Salary based on experience.  Experience a must!

Clinical Positions

Child and Adolescent Psychiatrist; MD or DO

 Looking for full-time or part-time Child Psychiatrist interested in developing a practice at Birmingham Maple Clinic. Must work well in a multi-disciplinary setting and be available to discuss cases with psychotherapists on Staff.
Prefer someone with specialization in ASD.

Opportunity to be mentored by a local, well-know Child & Adolescent Psychiatrist.

Prefer that candidate has referral sources, but the clinic does have referrals to share.


Psychotherapist; LMSW or MA, LLP or PhD

 Full-time or part-time position in a busy, private, outpatient mental health clinic (approx 35 social workers, psychologists, psychaitrists and an administrative staff of 7). Prefer therapist who specializes in working with boys and men. Must have previous, full-time clinical experience. Prefer someone who has referral sources and a caseload to transfer with them. Most of our therapists have been practicing for approximately 10-25 years and have had previous private practices and agency experience. Cohesive, collegial  environment with frequent staff interaction and various educational opportunities. Clinic participates with BCBS, Cigna, Medicare, Aetna, PPOM, Cofinity, HAP and BCN and therapists are free to enlist with other insurance panels if they choose.

Duties include developing a referral base in the community, complete management of caseload; from intake through closing, conscientious at managing paperwork, may not have a private practice elsewhere.

For full-time therapists, group benefits (including 401k plan, FSA) are available (all paid pre-tax and not paid or matched by the clinic), full office support staff, malpractice insurance, opportunities for referrals.
