Everyone has a unique life “story” of experiences. People often find it helpful to have a safe and private place to talk about their life obstacles. Over time, my patients have the opportunity to gain insight into how these life experiences influence their thoughts, feelings and behaviors in the present. This allows individuals to become “unstuck” in various aspects of their lives in order to feel more alive and energized.
