“Do you wonder and worry about how to thrive in a society so diverse and so competitive, where the pressure can often times be stressful and overwhelming? Do you feel the unmanageable stress of a critical person in your life or feel like you are walking on eggshells?

I think we are multifaceted, complex individuals in a complex world of technology and over stimulation. I am passionate about helping people in a safe, intimate, and trusting environment create a relationship that can serve as a vehicle for healing and growth. I believe each individual has unique strengths and abilities to express their true nature and discover ways to create meaningful change in their lives and overcome life’s challenges.”
