Psychotherapy with children, adolescents, adults, and families. Areas of special interest include mood and personality disorders, anxiety, grief and loss, adjustment issues, relationship conflicts, and parental/family issues. I am also a certified school social worker and specialize in treating children with emotional and behavioral problems. I believe every person is unique, therefore I utilize a variety of treatment approaches, including Psychodynamic, Cognitive-Behavioral, and Family Systems.
Life can be difficult, but I believe that with the aid of therapy people can obtain a deeper understanding of themselves, and find ways to overcome their obstacles. I am passionate about helping people and have a genuine interest in helping others learn how to become more self-aware and have a more fulfilling life.
